PHILOSOPHY

Build an 8-year development program (U10-U18) that will provide for the progression of a player’s skills through consistent and continuous feedback with accountability to an overall development plan. A program where athletes and parents can work with a team of hockey experts and build a coordinated, individualized development plan that serves the athlete’s complete set of needs.
 

Recruit top coaches that are aligned with the organization’s vision and who can attract top athletes to join the club.

Embrace a culture of inclusion and diversity, seeking to create a safe environment for kids to learn not just how to compete, but also the skills required to be respectful and contributing members of society in their adult years.

Provide visibility to pathways beyond minor hockey, including; NCAA Scholarships, OHL, Junior A, Canadian College/University, and Professional Hockey.
